Welcome to the Crease Street Garden
Our mission is to maintain and preserve the Crease Street Garden as an ornamental garden for the enjoyment and refreshment of the local community.
We are delighted to announce we achieved the milestone of raising $40,000 to save the Crease Street Garden, triggering the $40,000 challenge grant from the Penn Treaty Special Services District. We started this fundraiser in the spring not knowing what to expect. While hopeful, the task of raising over $40,000 was quite daunting to this very small group of volunteers. But here we are in November – over 375 people have contributed to our efforts with donations ranging from $5-$1,500. This is a true and incredible testament to the generosity and goodwill of our community. While we have a bit further to go until we reach out ultimate goal of $100,000, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude to each and every one of your for your support. Thank you so much for helping us get one step closer to securing the Garden as a permanent green space for our community!
